 Roscoe is a hamlet in Sullivan County, New York, United States. The population was 497 at the 2020 census. Roscoe is in the southwest part of the town of Rockland, adjacent to New York State Route 17. It is named for New York Senator Roscoe Conkling. Roscoe calls itself "Trout Town, USA." Wikipedia 

For over 40+ Years The Roscoe Diner  has been the mid point "Let's Stop and Eat " spot for many college families.

We are  also the home of five of America's top trout streams, making our town known as Trout Town, USA, both here and abroad. We are the home of numerous reservoirs and lakes are in our backyard – an angler's paradise!
