 Perfect place to go if heading to one of the upstate colleges. The entire place is decorated with college pennants, service is excellent, and food is very good. 

 An oldie but a goodie! This place is consistently a great place to stop, rest, get a good meal, and a clean restroom. I truly appreciate the speed that they serve their customers- as they know many are traveling along the southern routes of New York and northern routes of Pennsylvania. Thank you, Roscoe Diner! 

  We had an excellent meal. I also really appreciate their kindness and help. No need to elaborate. Just know that they were extremely kind and helpful. A must stop when you are traveling their way!! 

 Traveling from Middletown to Beamsville, Ontario, we were looking for a decent place to stop for breakfast. We chose the Roscoe Dinner and we're very glad that we did. The food (corned beef hash and eggs and bacon) was excellent, served quickly by our friendly waitress, coffee was great and the refills came right on time. One word of caution, home fries are only guaranteed until 11am. All in all though, great dinner food, good price, friendly service. If you're heading up NY 17 I would highly recommend stopping here. 

  The Roscoe Diner, with its many college and university flags hanging proudly on its walls, reminds me of drives to and from college in upstate NY in the '90s. Not much has changed since then at the Diner, and that is a good thing, as it serves tasty and reasonably priced fare that can be enjoyed by all ages. Shout out to my waitress, Savannah, who was great! 

  We repeat our visits every time we travel Rt 17 upstate from our Long Island home. It is a friendly place, always busy, wait staff is always chatty and the food is great. We love looking at all the NY State college banners hanging all around the restaurant! Hope you get he chance to visit the Roscoe Diner soon. 

 Great classic diner, located 2 minutes off of 17! Apparently the trout fishing capital. Great food and great service! Enjoy 

 I visited the Roscoe diner regularly when my niece was in college but haven’t been there for years. We stopped on our way to the City & as usual, it didn’t disappoint. It’s an old-school diner in that you can get breakfast anytime of day. I didn’t get a milkshake (which was a necessity if my niece was in the car) but I had French toast which was very good. Our server was great! She had a sense of humor which always makes the day a little brighter. If you’re on rt. 17, you should check it out for yourself and…  Enjoy!!
